Craft 20-40 min YouTube lifestyle/vlog episodes

Design scroll-proof custom thumbnails that scream “click me”
Post natively with winning titles, tags, captions & hashtags
Meet in person up to 3×/week to plan, shoot, and light the magic
Non-Negotiables
2+ years paid editing for YouTubers (lifestyle or vlog preferred)
Mastery of Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci + basic motion graphics
On-set competence with mirrorless cams, mics, lights, and grit
Thumb-nail artistry: color, contrast, text, faces, emotion—make us pause
Reliable wheels to bounce around the 305
Thick skin & big ideas—your cuts and concepts must have the balls
The Deal
$2,500/month (1099 contract)
10-15 hrs editing + shoots (three half-days per week max)
Flexible calendar; we lock shoot days the week prior
